    * Q3 revenue at negative 0.3 million Danish crowns 
($42,500)versus positive dkk 47.6 million year ago 
    * Q3 EBITDAX loss 7.0 million Dansih crowns versus profit 
dkk 26.1 million year ago 
    * Completion of sale and purchase agreement between Atlantic 
Petroleum Norge and M Vest Energy for APN's Norwegian activities 
is progressing with anticipated closing in Q4 2016 
    * Atlantic Petroleum Norge sees to realize tax value of tax 
loss carry forward in Dec. 2017 - currently estimated to be 
about 27 million Norwegian crowns in cash
